WasteVantage is purpose-built for skip bin hire operators, wheelie bin service providers, hook bin and hook lift operators, front lift commercial waste businesses, and garden bag collection services. It also supports multi-service operators running more than one of these fleet types from a single account.

WasteVantage is actively developed in Australia by a team in Wangara, WA. It is not a legacy platform being maintained on a slow release cycle. It includes features that Wastedge and Bin Manager do not offer as standard, including a smart driver mobile app with SMS, POS, call management and pre-start checks, AI-powered route optimisation, an AI receptionist for 24/7 call handling, and a native customer self-service portal. Pricing is modular, so you pay only for the features you need.

Most operators are up and running within two weeks. The iHub team handles onboarding, data migration and system configuration. Driver training on the mobile app typically takes less than a day. The app is designed for simplicity, and drivers with no prior software experience pick it up quickly.
